A 1920’s stone residence located in Westport, CT required a complete interior renovation and major additions. The project scope included a new Family Room, Kitchen/Breakfast Room, Mudroom, Potting Room, and Garages on the 1st Floor with renovated Bedrooms on the 2nd Floor. A Gym, Home Theater, Pool Changing Rooms, and Playroom were situated on the Lower Level. Stone, timber and roof tiles were matched to the original materials to create a seamless addition. The project has received numerous awards, including the Connecticut Cottages & Gardens “Innovation in Design Award” as well as an award from the Westport Historical Commission.
