A new addition to a 1920’s English –style cottage. The addition included a lower level Sculpture Studio and Office. The upper level included a new Family Room, Interior Lap Pool and Changing Rooms. The challenge was to blend the new architectural massing into the scale and detailing of the original home. This project received the Westchester House “Best Living Space” Award.
