This project encompassed an enlargement and additions to an historic late 18th Century Farm House in Milford, CT. The original structure was one room with Kitchen/Living and loft Bedrooms above. The additions included a new Mudroom, Kitchen, Family Room, Dining Room, Library (renovated from the original), Home Office, and Living Room (repurposed from the original wood shed. 3 new Bedrooms were added to the 2nd Floor. A stone wine cellar and Gym were developed in the old Cellar Spaces.
